all medication refills must be written prescriptions, signed by dr alvis, and picked up in the office.. 72 hour notice is required..
Now, you can send us a email via the link refill@mikealvis.com and request a refill of your medication and you may drop by and pick it up.... or you may continue to request a prescription refill via fax from your pharmacy and/or we will give a written prescription.... your choice.....
email requests: this is the preferredmethod.... just click on the link here,refill@mikealvis.comand tell us which medications you need .... then we will review our records, and if ok, we will take it from there..... once approved you may stop by and pick it up.. or we will fax to your pharmacy etc...
